Final Steps:

On- Site Signing Opportunities

While only the Colorado Advance Directive for Surgical/Medical Treatment (Living Will) requires two disinterested witnesses, because the formal requirements for completing advance directives differ from state to state, we highly recommend that all legal forms are properly witnessed and notarized. This increases the likelihood that they will be honored in other states you may travel to. The Larimer ACP Team will provide witnesses and Notary services during the on-site signing opportunities listed below or during an appointment at the Team's office.

On-Site Signing Opportunities:

Larimer County Road and Bridge Department signing day will be November 12th at the Ranch during the Annual Fall Employee Meeting. Please contact Sally Damage if you are interested in participating!
